ProNail continues to be the best nail salon EVER in Hagerstown. I will never stray as long as I'm in Maryland. The Best Girl there is Annie, hands down and everyone knows it. She has like 20 years experiences, very on time with her appointments, and most importantly she is the CLEANEST. I think she was taught to disinfect and sterilize her instruments from a hygienist boyfriend, to avoid cross contamination. I really do not want to get any sickness from someone else dirty instruments. I see her always open a new bag of instrument every time she does my nails, so I know it is sterile. RUN AWAY if you do not see your nail technician do this or you will get hepitis C or worst AIDs. She is the only girl I see sterilizing her instrument ever. Always remember my name, greet me with a huge smile, and are incredibly friendly. I will always come back here to Annie only.
