I brought them a very nice watch over a year ago and they promised they would fix it. Four months later, I received it in the exact same ""broken"" condition. I returned it and got it back 3 months later after many calls...in the exact same broken condition. I returned it again and now they refuse to answer calls or return my watch. When I show up to their store, they say they are trying to get it. I don't even want them to lie anymore...I just want my watch back...broken. I believe that they have instead decided to keep it for its value. My recommendations for anyone trying to get nice jewelry back from this jewelry repair shop is to just say prayers. You too are dealing with crooks.
Pros: The will smile while they lie to you.
Cons: Over 1 year and no watch.
