United Fire & Water Damage Restoration Mr. Kevin Hussey 8/1/09. To Whom It May Concern: In the aftermath of hurricane Katrina I found myself in need of drying equipment and technicians with the skills to use this equipment. I was introduced to United Fire & Water Damage by a friend of mine and we came to an agreement and began restoring Blockbuster Video stores in the New Orleans metropolitan area and along the Mississippi gulf coast. I do not have the exact count of the stores; however, I believe it to be around twenty (20). The service performed my Mr. Hussey's company was excellent. The jobs were properly manned and the proper equipment was used in every situation. The jobs ranged from simple water extraction to full-blown demolition & mold remediation and all were handled professionally. In the threat of hurricane Gustav I employed UFW to board up several locations prior to the storm hitting and used their services for mitigation and remediation. Again all jobs were handled professionally with the proper use of equipment & manpower. If I were ever in need of a restoration contractor in the future United Fire & Water damage Restoration will be the first call I make. Sincerely, Ricky D. ONeal.
