Review content:
I sued former employer for accrued wages due at termination of employment. This scumbag has lied, since 2008, to Unemployment, the Division of Labor, and the Courts. Goodwin fraudulently swore to both the Colorado DOL, and the Weld County District Court that NEITHER had jurisdiction over my claim, because the matter was before the other. He fraudulently got my case dismissed, and his client, Dream Stone Marble & Granite, was awarded attorney's fees in excess of $20,000.00. Goodwin, on behalf of his clients, immediately slapped a spurious lien on my home, in violation of C.R.S. 38-41-201. Goodwin's actions constitute Class 3 Felony Theft, fraud, conspiracy, and numerous violations of the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct. It's just a matter of time before this scumbag is disbarred and jailed.
