Review content:
When this office was run by Dr. Bean I was a patient there back in the 80's, it was top notch practice ran by few African Americans. Fast forward, I took my son there a while back for a consultation. This practice is now being run by Dr. King. Dr. King had an arrogant personality, he spoke in his lowest voice and fast as possible to his assistant while assessing my son's teeth. It was most annoying to her but he didn't care. He sized me up by looking at my hand to see if I was just another African American single mother. The staff member that talked about financing for possible braces was sarcastic. In my opinion, Dr. King, I believe, feels as though he didn't have to put his best foot forward simply because he was AA and I am AA so therefore I am going to sign up with him. Most of his clients are AA and if they didn't see color as a factor they would see that they could get better service with Dr. Hershey, which is where I signed up with. A++ act. I believe in putting money and service back into my community but not when the service receives an F. Pros: They can accomodate Spanish patients Cons: Don't really need your business
