I bought my 2004 Avalanch at Germain on Morse Rd. Excellent saleslady-Lisa Ramsey.
18 months later the AC was blowing hot air and the driver's leather was showing excessive wear. Drove 40 miles for service and was told they would take care of seat problem. The AC diagnostic machine was broke down and they would not do anything with the AC. They told me they would call me for an appt. when seat material arrived. That was 2 months ago and have not heard from them.
Pros: sale associate, selection
Cons: service dept.
