Don't go to Trenton Teachable Times!!! One of the teachers approached me one day told me that my son was being bullied by the owner's 12 yr old grandson. When I tried to talk to the owner about it, she totally blew me off, then denied anything happened. Her OWN teacher made me aware of the situation!!!! A 12 yr old should have never been in the same room as my 3 yr old in a daycare/pre-school environment. My son, without me even asking, told me that this boy punched him in the stomach, he is not one to just make stuff up. The owner, Vicki Towbridge was unwilling to even acknowledge there was a problem. 6 months later when I simply (and very politely I might add) called to ask how much my daycare costs were for the year (for tax reasons), she refused to tell me over the phone and instead sent me a nasty letter, that 1) didn't include the information I requested, and 2) just included nasty comments about the incidents that caused me to leave
