DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Poor customer service full of excuses. They do not believe the customer is always right and three separate times I have had a run in with management in a year and all three times they claimed it was never their fault. They do not hold up their end of the contract. If you are late they charge a late fee, ok completely understandable. But they do not feel required to immediately unlock the unit when you have paid. They will wait days, giving the excuse they have 700 units and can't keep up with them all thus NOT withholding their end of the contract. Twice I have went to my paid unit and was not able to access it on a weekend when no one was in the office to help me. This year they had a huge theft of dozens of units, of course stating not their fault. This is in a unsavory part of town and the customer service is very poor and your belongings are NOT safe there.
