Review content:
When showing up for a private lesson 15 minutes early I asked the young man at the counter where we needed to meet the instructor. He said the instructor would be in the lobby at 6:00 to meet us. We waited until 10 after 6 and asked the young man to find him which he wasn't too thrilled to be bothered. When the instructor finally showed at 6:15 he didn't introduce himself to either my son nor I. He started hitting balls with my son then yelled over to me ""Why did you wait so long to get him in to lessons, he'll never be good"", right in front of my son. I had him come over to talk with me and said you do not speak that way in front of children. He continued his lesson and kept yelling rude remarks to me. I told my son we were leaving and I told the instructor I'd make sure the manager was aware of his behavior. He said he did care that he ran this show. I then emailed Colonial letting them know our experience at their business. I haven't heard back from them after sending them an email over 2 weeks ago. We found another private instructor who knows how to work with children and are very happy now. I've made sure to let everyone know not to go to Colonial.
