Technician Steve worked for, what I felt a long time, on a Friday evening to dianose my oven's issues. I was pleased that he finally found what was wrong. He gave a clear understanding of what had happened and what was needed to repair the oven. I was even more pleased that he was willing to work with me to get my oven up and running for Thanksgiving.
Reasonable service call fee at $40 with half coming back with the repair. The estimate on parts and labor came soon after the diagnosis and at that point we decided to remain Famous Appliance customers. Thank you.
