Review content:
I developed a repetitive strain injury (RSI) after spending way too many hours working at the computer. I literally couldn't click the mouse one more time or do anything at all with my hands. They just hurt too much.
After doing my research one book gave me some sobering advice given the extreme degree of my injury: ""you MUST seek professional help if you hope to fully recover"". Trigger point massage was highly recommended for promoting healing, and so with my career on the line I sought out a massage therapist.
Luckily I found Sarah on my first search, and she's everything I could've asked for: professional, knowledgeable, nice, and superstrong. She knows the right questions to ask, really listens, and tailors your treatment accordingly.
With her help I can now do daily activities completely pain-free, and I am slowly building up my computer time. As a side benefit, I've relearned what it feels like to be relaxed and am much more aware of how my habits and work affect my health.
I can't recommend Sarah enough!
