Review content:
I took my car in for AC problems and was given a quote for $800... When I got the money together within a few weeks, I brought my car back for the 2 repairs they claimed I needed and they gave me a ride to work. They called me several hours later and said I needed 2 MORE repairs to my AC systems and the bill was now over $1400. I couldn't afford this and told them to put my car back together and come pick me up to get my car. They said they'd call me back when they could come get me. I never got a call and eventually my boss had to take me there to get my car. When I got off the phone, a coworker saw me crying at my desk and when I told him what was wrong, he recommended HIS mechanic. I took my car there and was told that almost everything I had been told by tri-city had been a lie or a serious exaggeration of truth at the very least and the repair actually wound up costing me $460 at THAT shop. Don't be fooled by their kind and understanding demeanor at tri-city. They seem VERY nice there and even offer to sign you up for a car care CREDIT to pay off your debt to them over time.... do yourself a favor and don't pay 3-4 times what your repair bill should be with them! I will never trust another glossy full color postcard randomly showing up in my mailbox offering a good deal on car repair ever again! Obviously, if they can afford those postcards to randomly mail, then they are charging ME way to much to repair my vehicle! I will stick to word of mouth recommendations!
