This is by far the worst Taxi service there is. Me and my boyfriend were in Denton and we called this cab service to pick us up. At first the guy told us that it would be about 45 minutes before the Taxi would get there, we said ok and waited. An hour later we were still there waiting and there was no cab so I called back just to see what was going on. When he answered I politely asked about our cab. And, out of nowhere the guy starts going off. I mean really going off, I did not yell at him when I called I did not give him an attitude or anything he just went of. His exact words were, "" DO YOU KNOW HOW BUSY I AM? YOULL BE LUCKY IF ILL EVEN ALLOW YOU IN MY CAB!"" As soon as he said that I dropped the phone and told my boyfriend what he said, all the while the guys was still going on so loud that we could still hear him. I picked up the phone and, without yelling or, cursing made it clear that we would not use his services. We then called other cab companies and just by pure luck there was a Yellow Cab in the area (Yellow Cab doesnt service Denton County but, because he was in the area he picked us up.) They are definietly the worst cab service there is. I'm telling everybody how bad they are and, if you search other engines you'll find even worst reviews of them. I've heard the refused someone a ride for using different company before them. If you hear a good review about them chances are that it's their operator.
Pros: Unfortunatley it's the only cab services you can catch late
