I like the petsmart store but when i took my dog to get groomed at their grooming center i was horrified!
First of all they required a 4 hour window to cut her in, I came back when they told me to but she hadn't even been started! I payed for a bath and a trim so I assumed that she had been bathed just not trimmed yet but who knows!
Instead of apologizing and asking me to come back later they slapped her on the table and fooled around with her hair real fast and trimmed her head area. Then they gave her back to me and rushed me upfront to pay. I payed about 75 $ and my dog looked exactly the same as she did when I walked in!
We got in the car and the first thing i did was feel under her armpit because she had a small matt there ( thats part of the reason i took her to get her groomed ) The matt was still there. No one had even bothered to comb her, and i doubt she was bathed.
No one was being polite or apologetic and i will NEVER pay that ridiculous amount of money again! Now i take my dog to a local groomer and they do an excellent job in less time for about 40$.
