Review content:
This place. Oh man. The hype is absolutely correct. I can't compare Pho 95 to any other pho spots in Denver (or, for that matter, this entire time zone) because I haven't been to any other pho spots out here. However, I can compare to a heck of a lot of pho places all over the country, and this makes it into my tops. The vegetarian broth was out of this world. I had my first sip and actually said ""wow"" out loud. They do not slack on flavor. You don't need to add aromatics to this broth. Seriously. I did, because I can never have enough basil, but it really wasn't necessary. And you definitely, definitely don't need to add sriracha, at least not to the veggie broth. My mouth was burning by the end of the meal, and I'm pretty used to spicy food.
Of course the service was great, as everyone else has mentioned. The host knew a few of his customers by name and insisted that I come back if I'm ever in Denver again. And yes, I will.
Pros: best in town
