CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!....I've been using Kenneth J. Quigley tax preparation service, located at 3523 B Union Rd, Buffalo, NY 14225, for approximately 5 years. I own a small real estate company and deal with real estate sales and investment properties. It wasn't until I had to argue a city property tax assessment for a few of my properties that I realized that the Schedule E for the properties were totally incorrect with depreciation and deductions a total mess!.... This person is a complete ""Dunce"" when it comes to tax preparation and should be avoided at all costs. He is not licensed, not a CPA, and capriciously punches in tax info to duplicate forms to over charge for services at a rate of over 25% yearly. He never returns calls when needed and I'm still waiting for the information that I requested from him. It is now obvious that he is in hiding. Tax preparers should be licensed and accountable and Quigley is neither!!! I hope this ""heads-up"" on Quigley, Tax Preparer was helpful...
2010 Return- as I am now thoroughly comparing this (2010) return, using a real tax professional and educating myself in tax preparation, with previous Quigley Tax Prep returns, it is very clear how liable he really is for his incompetence.
