Review content:
The customer service here is terrible. From the people at the counter to their manager, they are rude and really should receive some basic training on how to speak to customers and how to be efficient. The first time we placed a large order for 40 balloon, when we went to pick them up, they had FORGOTTEN!!! Someone had ""messed up"" and misplaced the order. Then the next party we had, we called them to ask if we could pick it up sooner and they were terribly rude. They said we couldn't and they were very busy. When we called 10 minutes later they said, ""We haven't started the order but we've prepped the balloons so you can't get your money back. Your constant calls are delaying us"". I have never been spoken to so rudely and certainly will not be going back to this store. Even if I have to drive 6 miles to the next place.
Pros: Convenient because it's close by
Cons: Terrible customer service
