I have noticed a marked improvement with your response time to all my requests, and repair needs. The pool has looked great all year, despite the bad weather. All the employees I have dealt with have been pleasant and knowledgable. They have told me that the new owner, while new to the business, has allowed people to grow and take on more responsibilities. Everyone I have dealt with ( especially Dana, in the office) has made my experience an easy and enjoyable one. I highly recommend these people
