Elements is a great place to go to get a massage. The lobby and massage rooms are very nicely decorated and leave you feeling relaxed. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I do a lot of running and weight lifting and often have very sore and tight muscles. The staff suggested that I see Joe for a deep tissue massage, so I did. I told him which muslces were bothering me and which ones I would like him to focus on. Joe listened to what I wanted and was able to use the right amount of pressure. At the end of the massage I was feeling pain free. Joe gave a wonderful massage from head to toe and I would recommend him to anyone looking to relieve sore muscles or just relax. I've had many massages and massage therapists and Joe is one of the best. I've already had two massages from him and plan to go back soon for another one.
Pros: Great hours ~ Open 7 days a week. Knowledgeable staff and a great value!!
