Review content:
Don't let the one five star review fool you. These people pray on anyone who has parked illegally. Without realizing I parked illegally for less than 2 hours. Subsequently, I found they have lookouts in these parking areas that can immediately notify Whitelock towing. I understand illegal parking is illegal parking. However, their charge is $300 when towing only a couple blocks to their lot and they demand cash. They are located in a horrible area and you must access the building in what amounts to an alley at 12 midnight none the less. Their signs say open 24/7. Not true. When I arrived in a cab the building was empty. After calling the phone number posted I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come to the lot. Waiting in the cab none the less and having to pay and additional $25 to the cab driver. Again, I am not trying to say I was not illegally parked. I am just warning that this company is out to rip you off because of lack of city regulations and is not the wonderful company that the other reviewer says.
