I've had nothing but problems with this bank. Then when you call for help..Good luck cause they won't let you actually talk to anyone in that office. You call a 1-800 # and have to wait for them to relay the problems.. They might call you back by the end of the day.. Then on top of it the staff is rude.We have too many banks in this town to choose from to have to deal with these headaches! I'm going elsewhere from now on!
Cons: You can't talk to anyone locally by phone.
