Review content:
Rodriguez Painting has been a fixture in Whitehall Manor since I first moved in. They're economical, the owner is straightforward and the last time I contracted them (about 4 years ago) they did a good job. I got a basic re-paint done (probably the lowest you can go). If you need the job to last longer, pay for the extra coats, etc. The last time the painter even noticed some woodrot (how about that) on one of the railings and replaced it before beginning the paint job. Nice, pre-emptive strike. I highly recommend these guys for the budget-minded homeowner.
Pros: Quick job and not the most expensive
Cons: You get what you pay for so if you need double coats, get it
