Let me start by saying this is only the second time in my life I have ever taken one of my vehicles to a mechanic to be worked on, I normally do all the work my self. Given how cold it outside I elected to take my car to a shop rather than freeze my butt off in my driveway (with age comes wisdom). I was then faced with the problem of what shop to take it to with no prior knowledge of any area mechanics. Brooks-Huff came highly recomended from many people in the building I work at. The staff was very friendly, I was given a upfront quote on what it would cost for a diagnosis, and was then given a call to see if I wanted the work to be completed. If ever I need to take one of my vehicles to a shop again in the winter months I will definatly return to Brooks-Huff.
