Review content:
Local ladies gym with weird hours, not open during the early afternoon or in the afternoon at all on the weekends. They have good classes and childcare for everything. Good luck trying to cancel. I have been trying for three months. When I first called they told me the had to contact the billing department, which they don't have, its the owner, who let me one message after multiple calls. I never talked to her. I wrote a letter and I called again, they kept billing me.
Their contact says that they require a written cancellation 2 weeks before the scheduled billing. I don't think they are malicious. I think the owners have too much to do and can't get to everything. I feel through the cracks to and was very inconvenienced.
Finally I had to call my bank and but in a claim that they were unauthorized to bill me any more. I called again still no one returned my call. Finally sent the owners a nasty email due to my frustration and she replied that she would put me into collections which she can't do because they just billed me again. I never when through anything like this. I have to change my debit card number to get rid of them. Totally Unprofessional, stay far away . La Fitness has childcare and they honor their contracts
