Avoid this company at all costs. I bought a house that had a two year old roof installed by this company. My first winter I had significant leaks. When I finally reached the person in charge, Jason Slade, he had the nerve to tell me that I should consider myself lucky that I had leaking only in one area that the previous owner had them all over on what would have been a roof he installed a year prior. Although the roof was under warranty, this man had the nerve to charge me $1,200 to redo the portion where it leaked. He jerked me around all summer and did the work late in the fall. By February I had even worse leaking that the year prior and had to call another company to shovel the roof. The other roofer told me I should never had been charged, that the materials and workmanship were poor. Since then, I have had leaking in other areas of the house as well. Mr. Slade does not return calls. His warranty is worthless as is his work.
