Run! Don't go there for your carpet. Had a horrible experience there. Paid nealry 2 thousand dollars for carpet which did not hold up. A claim was filed about 1 month after getting the carpet. The manufacturer agreed to replace the carpet, GCO tried to replace with a lesser quality cheaper carpet and forced us to pay to have the new carpet installed. They claimed we had to pay to have it installed beacause they did not install it. They use outside contractors to install their work(you pay the contractor directly) Everything was set up through them but they will not stand behind their name. All customer service goes through Custom Carpet beacuse they own GCO. Horrible Horrible customer service. claim sat on his desk for 3 week beacuse he did not get something from GCO- they are about a mile away from each other! STAY Away from GCO and Custom Carpet
