If you take the time to look at a map and to put a little planning into it should be pretty easy to figure a back way to Blossom. There are many roads that lead there, so pick a back road and enjoy the ride. You do not need to go route 8 to Steels corner that will take you forever, no matter where your coming from. Remember your going out for a good time, relax and enjoy yourself. Police are heavy there, but you would cry if they were sparse.
