Review content:
I have one of the best health care insurances available but unfortunately, this is the company they use to handle their behavioral health claims. My therapist told me that this company always was late to pay.I felt horrible that she had to be put out waiting for payment. After one and a half years of treatment @ one hour a week, they only paid out 104.10. That really is insulting considering that I pay out $524.00 a month to the main carrier with a $25.00 co-pay.Now I am left with a huge bill. So check it out closely if your carrier uses this company.Be sure to check the levels of therapy that they cover.Ask more questions of not just the fine print but what isn't mentioned.Like is this just for psychiatry only or what about therapist and councilling??
