Review content:
I've regularly had exclusively alacarte sushi from Shinano since I discovered them, and it's been amazing - fresh fish, perfectly prepared, and excellent customer service.
My only complaint is that I've only heard of them word-of-mouth. This is an exemplary restaurant with an extremely seasoned chef - the restaurant should be much more well-known.
Pros: Authentic, fresh sushi, excellent customer service
Cons: Not open for lunch 7 days/week, needs more publicity
