After waiting several months for the reopening in Solon, I have been there several times. The menu is virtually unchanged, but the quality is even better (if possible). The fish selection is sometimes limited at the sushi bar, but the quality of what they have is superb. The hamachi melts in your mouth, the saba is perfectly seasoned, and the fresh salmon is excellent (just a hint of saltiness). The sushi rice is also perfect, just enough vinegar, sugar, and salt to enhance the fish/vegetable component, NOT overwhelm. From the kitchen; the tempura is awesome as are the fried mussels, sauteed shitake mushrooms, the yakinasu (eggplant), and the seafood combo...and the grilled squid is still myfavorite appetizer, ANYWHERE!! I love this place Pros: Great Food, ample parking, beautiful dining room
