I recently got my car impounded because I was stupid and parked in a tow away zone. I came out and my car was gone. I saw the impound sign and called in. I was greated very pleasantly over the phone. The guy on the phone gave me my fee and clearly stated cash only. I went to the ATM got the cash and went to get my car. Upon arriving there I was impressed by the facility and the state of the art towing equipment. The people who work there are funny and easy going. They actually made it a pleasant experience! Even their dog was pleasant allowing my 5yr old daughter to pet him. They then took me to my car. They have a huge locked fenced in storage area where my car was safely parked along with the other unfortunate cars that got impounded. Upon getting to my car my tire was flat (because I'm too cheap to get the screw taken out). They even put air in my tire for me! I hope I don't get impounded any time again soon, but I do know this, if I ever need a tow I will call these guys in a heart beat.
Pros: Outstanding customer service and facility
Cons: I hate spending money
