Been frequenting New Empire for a long time now. Amazing Dim Sum! Hard to find in this area. For those that never tried Dimsum, New empire makes it Easy. They have picture menus with descriptions (shrimp dumplings are a must). They also have all the typical chinese menu items (Gen Tso's and my personal favorite shrimp w/ walnuts), as well as authentic items like steamed fish (you have not had a fish until you've had it steamed) and Peking Duck (hard to find here). Portions are also huge. Bring your appetite or great for another meal.
