This has to be the worst run business I have ever seen in my life. I tried on 3 occasions to buy a new bike there, even calling ahead twice. Each time I'd spend 20 minutes roaming around looking at bikes and not one person would even say hello to me. Even the sales guy and the owner's son would go out of their way to ignore that I was there. They would literally walk right by you and look the other way. The showroom is tiny, filthy and the bikes are always covered in dust. You can tell the minute you walk in that there is no ""Pride of Ownership"" at this dealer. I ended up buy $30K worth of bikes so far this year, but bought them at CNY due to this. The parts guys (including Rob) have the worst attitudes..they openly drink alcohol like Mikes Hard Lemonaid at the parts counter. When you call on the phone they all act like they're doing you some favor to even talk to you. They're rude when you come in, often stopping in mid conversation to watch a video on the internet or take a phone call from someone else while you're standing there waiting for them to assist you. I've tried *REALLY* hard to give them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong, but they have shown time and again that they are not interested in running a business there. Talk to other folks in the area and they'll tell you the same thing. If you aren't one of their MX riding buddies, you will be treated like sh*t. I've sent letters to Honda NA as well as the better_business_bureau and local chamber of commerce expressing my experiences there. A letter to the owner got no response, so you can see it comes from the top down. Honda told me they are aware of this issue and are ""taking action"" whatever that means. It's funny that ever Honda dealer I've spoken with has said they hear the same thing from people that come to buy from them, yet BGM Honda seems blissfully ignorant that they're alienating the very people that keep them afloat. Too bad...it would be a great place to run a business. Cons: everything
