Review content:
I have had the same experience as Ziffo there, ignored, blown off at the parts counter and it is just so weird to run a business like that to me. Bobs Cycle shop burning down in Sayre is the ONLY reason I deal with Bing Honda. I pray Rob Chamberlain will reconsider opening another dealership in the Southern Tier as Bobs was the perfect place for bikers. Great selection lots of inventory and very professional. They had a big openhouse in the Spring of every year that drew thousands. I bought several bikes there. I am not even interested in buying a bike at Bing Honda, I will buy a new one from the internet first as the service won't be any different either way. Just call the parts department and get the 'what the hell are you bothering me for' attitude and you will see what me and Ziffo mean. Hard to believe that such a good brand allows itself to be so poorly represented. Their only shining moment with me was when they allowed me to order a part over the phone w/o having to come in (22 miles)and plunk down the cash, and that was because I did business there before and was on the books. That got them the second star. Their shop is too small to any real show room. I don't think it was dirty but I can't say I checked with white gloves. I hope the owner takes these comments to heart as I have no axe to grind but if I am going to spend my money I will be waited on or I will be elsewhere. Pros: Only Honda dealer around here Cons: They could care less about customers.
