I took my Lancer to Bill after reading a good review on a different website....I had a problem w/ my clutch and I called all over town to get prices to replace my clutch system.....Bill quoted the lowest price, by far, also...he was upffront that it could be much less expensive if it was a leak in the resevoir or more expensive if the problem was bigger than the clutch itself. I took my car in at 7:30 in the morning and by 9:10 he had called to tell me the car was fixed. It ended up being a much smaller problem than I thought (it was exactly what he thought...too little fluid in the resevoir)....Bill not only fixed the prolem, but checked for leaks in the brake lines and brakes (I now know my clutch uses my brake fluid for its hydraulics.....who knew???) It ended up being much less expensive than I expected and my car was fixed in one morning. I truly appreciate Bill's honesty and service. I definitely will recommend him to everyone I know.
