Review content:
I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Bonasso, and it was the best experience I've ever had with any doctor. I was already in a lot of pain when I went in to see him and had a serious infection from an impacted wisdom tooth. He wanted to get me in as soon as possible so I wasn't in any more pain. The surgery went very smoothly, and wasn't scary at all. When he went to put me to sleep for the surgery, he talked me through the whole thing and I felt very secure as I went to sleep. I woke up the same way and they didn't rush me out of the recovery room the way a lot of surgeons do. I went at my own pace and was very comfortable.
Unfortunately, my wisdom teeth were entangled with my nerves and had a difficult removal (at no fault of Dr. B), so I developed dry sockets. Their office was great about it!! My surgery was on a Friday, so I actually developed dry sockets on Sunday. I called their emergency line, and they got me in 1st thing the next morning. They packed my teeth and I was immediately relieved. Unfortunately, one fell out and I had to call the emergency line again and they again fit me in (at no additional cost) and even worked around my work schedule, letting me come in at 7:30am before work.
If anyone is considering getting their wisdom teeth taken out, this is the only place you should consider. Their customer service, patient treatment, and kindness, not to mention professional skill is top notch and makes the entire process much better.
