First, I did NOT have them work on my car, because it was too far gone and considered a total loss. But from the moment I arrived, Rhonda not only gave me a tour of the entire shop, but also walked me step by step through the insurance process. Her and her husband were extremely helpful. When they could've talked me into repairing the vehicle, thereby ensuring themselves some business, they honestly told me they thought I should take the totaled amount. If their repair abilities are anything like their integrity, I'm impressed.
