I arrived with my party of 6 to celebrate my birthday and was told it was a 30 minute wait. At first I thought it was no big deal b/c it was a Saturday night....but....my 30 minute wait turned into 1 hour. There was no place to wait inside, so we had to wait outside in the 100 degree heat. We could not even get any drinks on the patio area to make our wait more tolerable. My husband checked with the hostess one time to see how much longer when the first 30 mins passed and she said atleast 10 more mins. After 50 minutes of waiting I went in to find out how much longer it would be and watched a party of 6 who showed up after us get seated before my party. I complained to the hostess subtly and she just gave me an attitude. I asked her to get the manager and the manager had absolutely no explaination or sympathy nor was she willing to do anything but give me the ""we're doing our best."" I ended up leaving with my party and going somewhere else to eat. I will NEVER attempt to make a return trip to Hoffbrau Steaks in Arlington (TX).
