!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE !!!
If you know what is best for you and your family, avoid this place at all costs! This is the worst place I have ever lived. From the staff to the grounds I wouldn't give this place any stars ??in fact, I would ask that they return any stars that may have been accidentally handed to them as well.
The entire staff here are completely incompetent. Staff seem to make a habit of sharing personal information between residents. They also do not know how to check their online payment system for rent paid online. We received 4 eviction notices because they failed to look at their online payment platform ??and that is just the first 2 months we lived here.
The roads ??oh my god! You need at least a truck with a lift if you want to survive a drive through these ""roads"". Maybe you could call them roads if this were a 3rd world country. There are pot holes that a child could get lost in ALL OVER THE PLACE! There is not one solid stable piece of asphalt in this entire complex. I have seen better roads in Hilcrest!
The walls ??why not just tear them all down and live conjoined with your neighbors? These walls are so thin! I can here the lady on the first level 1 apartment over at 3AM EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING. laughing and talking; you can even here the guy on the phone she is talking to!! I here my neighbors below us talking all the time, so I know they here us.
Maintenance ??here is a scenario: ME: ""My dishwasher is not washing the dishes like it should"" THEM: ""Did you wash your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher? What kind of soap do you use? It's the City of Corpus Christi Water Depts. fault, they took out the phosphates!"" ME: ""Yes, I know how to wash my dishes, I am not retarded. The dishwasher looks like it is around 15 years old and it works like it too. I've used the same soap I have for years in other places"" ??The just don't want to replace anything, which I understand they probably don't have the money to fix anything which is blatantly obvious.
The water ??has been shut off around ten times ( as of this post ) since the new year, which is 3 months. At the beginning of the year it was literally once a week the entire month!
All in all, I can't wait to get out of this place. I am considering just paying the reletting fee to get out of this place. I hate this place with a passion and I hope people see this post and stay away at all costs!
