We rented a bed for out of town company and grandkids. About halfway thru I decided I needed a bigger bed. They swapped out beds for me and let me finish my lease with an adjusted rate for the larger bed. The only drawback is that they do not have a payment book or mail bills. Sometimes I forget to make a payment on time, but they are very nice when they call to remind. I have found these folks to be VERY customer service oriented, the furniture is a very fair value and I will definately use these folks again. I recommend them highly. Having rented from several other stores in the area, these guys have them ALL beat - especially on price!
Pros: Quality, great customer servie, value
