Review content:
I love the fact that there is so much hardware here. The sales put many items at a great price if you want to fill out rebate forms. Even without a rebate prices are usually better than most other stores. Excellent selection of DVDs tho the CD section could use some work. Their hardware extended warranty is much better than Best Buy but you may want to remember that to exercise a warranty on a big screen TV you have to take it to the store.
That being said I have found that most of the employees working here don't know a damn thing about their department. This is most true in the computer section tho the TV people seem to have their act together. If you see something in their sales sheet bring it with you you because 9 out of 10 times the salesperson didn't know what I was talking about. I am sure there are exceptions but these employees are generally the most clueless I have ever met.
Pros: Most of what you need in electronics
Cons: Nobody who works here seems to know anything
