I chose NeatNix based on the reviews. Nick and his wife lived up to all of the reviews: on time, extremely professional, and did the job that I requested. I recently moved into a house with carpets that really should be replaced, but am unable to replace them right now. The carpet is severely stained and one room has horrible pet odor. Nick listened to my request to just give it a good cleaning. I didn't want ""heroic"" efforts to get the red stains out. He was able to get most of the big stains out and did his best on anything left. He did not purposefully do extra work to squeeze money out of me. He was honest about what he thought he could do. He set realistic expectations, and beat them. He was able to give me an estimate that matched the end cost, gave an accurate time frame and was friendly and personable. He really knows how to run a business. I will definitely give him a call next time I need my (new :) ) carpets cleaned.
