In short, the Neat Nix experience brings one hope that the value of friendly customer service with a professional job done as promised has NOT gone out of style! The attention to detail is immediately evident as Nick (the owner) and Mary Kay (his wife/assistant) scour your home leaving ""no stone unturned"" in pursuit of carpet fiber that needs the ""Neat Nix touch"". I agree wholeheartedly with another customer review in that the utmost of respect was shown in protecting our furniture and other valuables during the inevitable moving and shifting of ""stuff"" associated with a quality carpet cleaning effort. It was truly a wonder to see our carpet come back to life and would recommend Neat Nix to anybody. Thanks again, Nick and Mary Kay!
