I bought my computer from Witch City Computers with a lifetime warranty. I recently brought it back to them to diagnose a problem with it. Before they looked at the computer, they told me that the problem was probably software related and that's not covered under the warranty. Then they said they would take care of it for a ""reasonable fee"". This is all before they looked at my computer. I brought my computer to another repair store and the problem turned out to be a faulty power supply. I had to pay to have it fixed. Witch City Computers does not honor their work or their computers.
