Review content:
Everything was fine at first , then it went downhill when more paperwork was requested. We sent in the missing paperwork, there and all of a sudden there was a deadline to get in the paperwork, which they never said before. We hussled to mail them in, and when we called to see if they received it, on the deadline date, we couldn't get ahold of anyone. At about 5 pm that day, we finally got a call back saying they didn't recieve anything and she was unwilling to check, and she was very rude and unprofessional. Monday came and we tried to call the office, to find out that they are closed for two weeks! We finally got an email from the supervisor saying that we better not be disrespectful to her staff, and they will not tolerate it. The lady even told her supervisor that we cussed at her . . . very absurd!! very unprofessional, total LIE. They were unwilling to resolve anything, and we are looking elsewhere for a professional office.
