Dear Image, I just returned a custom Van ( 9 passenger van limo) to Image Rent-A-Car at your JFK Airport location. I just wanted to express my appreciation for a great end-to-end service by Image! The vehicle was clean, ran extremely well, and was everything that you advertised. Your service representative, Marcy was wonderful. Marcy guided me through the selection process and my thousands of other questions along the way. If you could figure out a way to clone Mary and assign her to all of your locations, you would be doing a great thing! Thanks again for a smooth ride and exceptional service.
