Review content:
We had the backyard landscaped and some work in the front. Yvette was very responsive during the initial design consultations. She asked for a blueprint, which she returned promptly after copying and drew up some very nice plans. I did not feel that she completely addressed some of the things I really wanted in the backyard though while giving the impression that they would be incorporated in the final product. The workers that came to the house routinely took siestas on my front lawn, which I did not like. They also did not follow the plans exactly and there were several times I had to go out and correct them. There were some problems with the work and the response by Appian Way has not been adequate. At first, I was planning on recommending this company to several friends, but now do not feel comfortable doing so. In fact, the friend that recommended them to me recently apologized to me; apparently they have been having the same problems!
