This note is to inform you not to use NOBEL'S Catering (out of Prairieville, Louisiana) for your wedding day caterer. They catered my wedding at the Old Governors Mansion on October 13, 2007 and charged me for 180 people. 141 showed up and they still ran out of food. I tried talking to both Barbara and Jan, the owners, but they are unwilling to see there fault.
Pros: They had a good bit to choose from
Cons: They get you on the price. They give you a low price and give you less food than what you pay for.
