Richard Moore has been our American Family Insurance Agent for over 3 years. I can't count how many policy changes and other requests we've made over those 3 years. Richard and his assistant are always quick to return your phone calls and are very helpful in every aspect of the insurance-buying process. They always try to get us the best deals without sacrificing our needs. We have been very pleased with their level of service and professionalism.
