I had never heard of First Watch. I would pass by it all the time going to Trader Joe's. Finally I went one morning about 9:00. It was packed and people were waiting. It was a 30 minute wait. We decided to go somewhere else. I went back a couple weeks later. I was so happy we only waited 10 minutes. There was a specials board and a trivia question to check out. There was also complimentary coffee while you wait. The coffee was very good and they sell bags of it too. I absolutely loved the food. It is not the very heavy greasy breakfast foods. They serve breakfast and lunch until 2:00p. The service is always great. Food is always good. I don't feel guilty when I leave. There is something for everyone on that menu. It is a family-friendly environment. I recommend it to anyone. At one time, we were going once a week! Gotta love the healthy selections that are very tasty. Even the water is good :-)
